Aussie graphene manufacturer selected as finalist in global challenge

Imagine Intelligent Materials in Manufacturers Monthly

“Last year, the field of 12 finalists at the World Material Forum Start Up Challenge included companies working in the fields areas of 3D manufacturing, chemicals, flexible electronics, advanced manufacturing and battery development.

“We are all amazed and delighted to be recognised by the World Materials Forum as a leading innovation company,” said Chris Gilbey, CEO and executive chairman of Imagine IM. “Just to be included as a finalist is an extraordinary achievement that is all down to the brilliant scientists and engineers in our team. I believe that we are in the early stages of a materials science revolution that will be utterly transformative. We are excited to be a part of this vision.”

Applications were received from all around the world for innovation projects that aligned with the World Materials Forum’s objective to decouple materials consumption and sustainable growth while creating value for all stakeholders.

This is the third global startup event Imagine IM has been invited to participate in over the past three months, alongside Plug and Play in Silicon Valley, United States, and Startup Autobahn in Stuttgart, Germany.”
